This does not qualify as ski-in/ski-out in my book. In ski boots, carrying skis and poles, it is a 6 min. uphill walk to the trail (I timed it). It could potentially be ski-in with good snow conditions. However, it's not easy to find the route from the trails. Otherwise it's perfectly comfortable and pleasant. If I could give it 4.5 stars that would be my score.

This unit was exactly as expected. The pictures and description were accurate. The unit is outdated & carpet is tired but everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and building is a great location!
