I do like to cook. Wish I had known that the kitchen was fully stocked. I contacted Vacasa about certain items; baking sheets, blender, teapot, cooking items, etc, and they told me "to be safe bring these items yourself". So I did and yet the home had all these items. I guess management didn't really know what the home contained and couldn't look inside the home to tell me. House was great, but disappointed in management.

The house is older and could use some updating, but overall this home was perfect for my family. The pool was a great size and has a very wide, shallow first step which was perfect for my 4-year-old niece. And definitely pay for the heated part! We did have one issue with the heat... It was serviced while we were away and the person left it in "Service Mode" which meant it wouldn't heat. I communicated with Vacasa, but no one came until the next afternoon... which meant several hours of paid heat with a cold pool we couldn't use. Do be careful though... there are a few sharp edges in the pool that the 8-year-old cut herself on... We loved how close it was to the airport! It was very convenient having to be at the airport at 5am on departure day. A grocery store was about 1/2 way between the airport and the home which made it easy to stop after landing to grab food and snacks for our stay. The master bedroom was huge and easy to spread out in. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller, but had plenty of closet space and room to walk. It was nice having a washer and dryer... Again... Overall, the house was just what we needed for the time we were there.

My wife and I rented this home for a month of remote work work. The house was well kept, clean and generally comfortable. Waking up to views of the mountains was really nice. We had no issues with the wifi. The kitchen had the basics that allowed us to make several at home meals. It's 10 - 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the gated community vibe and everyone was pleasant. It was nice to have access to a small gym with Peloton's, treadmills and weight equipment. There are also several walking trails in the community to enjoy.
