Catch the island spirit at the splendid Aloha Outrigger. Families will love this large home close to beach access and Club Hatteras. The ground level has concrete parking, carport, under house entry, outside shower, hot tub & is rounded off with a 14-foot-by-30-foot private heated swimming pool with a private hot tub and a 44-foot-by-44-foot deck with a covered poolside bar with a gas grill. Upstairs Aloha Outrigger radiates with a tall cathedral ceiling in the great room and kitchen. Bring your apron, because the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a super ocean view dining area. The comfortable living area with a TV center has access to a convenient wet bar. Wide east and south sun decks are open to all views. The large upstairs main bedroom has access to a semi-private bathroom. At Aloha Outrigger, you never have to say goodbye.

The pool is open seasonally from April through the first week of October. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 5 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV is parking NOT allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office, located at the following address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

The house was as advertised/reviewed, in need of updates. Nothing horrible, just lots of minor things worn out, broken or on its last leg. The inside layout worked great for our 3 families with 6 kids. Great ocean views for semi-oceanfront.
The access to the beach is great, and plenty of space on the beach. Never felt crowded. Close enough to walk to the pier. Avon has plenty of amenities and a much less crowded feel than the northern areas.
I went to rebook for next year only to see the price went from $3500 to $7750. No way! There are Oceanfront properties across the street for that much, that are in MUCH better condition.
For what we paid in 2022 it was a good deal.

The house was the perfect size for us, and the location to the beach access was great. I just feel that someone needs to go in a do a basic overhaul of the house. Make sure all the lights work (outside light does not), that light bulbs are in all the lamps (they aren't), that actual baths can be run - not just showers. Etc. There were lots of little things that if fixed, would have made us MUCH happier. Heck- the kitchen supplies - not a basic baking sheet to be found! The house has great potential - but it's obviously older and not as well maintained as other houses.

Dilapidated home. Yes it has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths but beware of using toilets all plug, we had to plung 4 times and different bathrooms. TV's present but only 7 channels available, none had apps available .
Hot tub surround is falling apart and wasps have made it their home.
Gas grill is a safety hazard falling apart. Had no usable propane tank.
Deadbolt would not latch in 1 bedroom outside door. Microwave door handle is broken. I notified Vacasa within 24 hrs of check in and my husband went to office . Someone came and looked but nothing fixed .
The 2 stars I gave were for location and pool.

The house was great but it took 3 days to get the toilet fixed and 4 days to get the bug company there to spray for the roaches…other than that the house was good.

Very run down. Unclean. Overly priced.
A railing from top deck fell off during stay. Unsafe.
