When you're ready to play out in the water, this home's private dock is the perfect jump-off point. But if you still have some remote work to complete, the roll-top desk in the living room can be a perfect work station. No doubt the basement game room will become the main hub of your stay - enjoy a game of pool, read a book, or enjoy a board game together in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

The home is laid out so that everyone can come together or have privacy as they need. When you walk through the door, the stairs to the loft will immediately catch your eye. A double-size sofabed is up in the loft, perfect for someone who wants their own space. Head to the right of the stairs and you'll hit the first bedroom, which features a queen bed and a private entrance to a bathroom with a standalone shower (also connected to the living room via a small sitting room). Just past the kitchen is the second bedroom, which features a queen bed and a fully private en suite bathroom. Head down the stairs to the lower level, which features a separate furnished patio, table set, a full bathroom that includes the home's private washer/dryer set, and the private game room with a drinks fridge. The third bedroom is just around the corner from the stairs and features two twin beds and a lovely view of the water. Across the way is the fourth and final bedroom, which features a queen bed.

Take a trip to Monhegan Island, a fishing community that opens up to visitors who want to hike and explore its remote beauty.
