Climb the stairs and turn right to reach the home's luxurious second bedroom. In addition to a gorgeous multi-window view of the canal, this room features an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a hallway entrance. Head down the catwalk-style hallway and turn right to reach the home's main bedroom - you'll be thrilled with this room's gorgeous private furnished balcony, extra seating, and spacious en suite bathroom with two vanities, jetted tub, and stone standalone shower. The fourth bedroom is set up for guests that want to bunk together - in addition to two beds, this room has a two-window view of the front yard. The fifth and final bedroom is ideal for younger guests. Every bedroom includes a ceiling fan in addition to home-wide central air conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Beach towels and six adult bikes are available for guest use.
• Due to Hurricane Ian the screen enclosure was damaged and has been since removed.
• Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests.
• It is a $32 plus tax per day fee to have pool heated. It can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Guests must request heat at least 72 hours in advance. Pool heat is only available October 1st - May 1st.
• The dock is available for guests to tie up a boat (the lift is not available for guest use). The dock can fit up to a 50 ft boat. Ropes or equipment are not available for guest use. The water depth in the canal is 10 feet deep - swimming is not recommended due to canal width.
• There are eight surveillance cameras installed at this home, one of which is disabled. They look out at the following locations: the front door, front driveway, the side driveway, each side of the house, the living area (this camera is disabled), the front street, and the boat dock.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There are eight surveillance cameras installed at this home, one of which is disabled. They look out at the following locations: the front door, front driveway, the side driveway, each side of the house, the living area (this camera is disabled), the front street, and the boat dock.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
