The house was so beautiful and well organized to make us feel at home. Multiple space to sit, talk and play with friends and family. Large deck, cozy living room, large bedroom or the spacious entertainment room with the pool and foosball table, and home theater made our vacation fun and relaxing. House was located close to hiking trails and lake made it equally fun for adults and kids. We will definitely return to this place for our next vacation.

Gorgeous property which easily hosts 3 families!! Beautifully maintained and has every amenity you’d look for in an Airbnb! My favorite part of the property was the basement where they had a media room, pool table and foosball where I could spend all day long! The proximity to Yosemite National park was a huge bonus and don’t miss out the cute Groveland downtown which has a few fun places to eat and chill!

The house was in the middle of a great community. It was very secure and they do check every vehicle that enters the community. We absolutely fell in love with this beautifully arranged place and it felt that we were home away from home. Many of the great experiences came from the home itself.
Unit is well equipped with great kitchen amenities. Deck was well-maintained with automatic overhead sun shade. Very spacious and the house gets a lot of natural sunlight. The outdoor space was quiet and tranquil, which is what we were looking for.
The beds were clean and comfortable. We loved the board game collection.
Very convenient location to trail head and 2 beaches within the community . We even spotted deer outside the house and the kids had so much fun!
Overall, it was a great stay and a vacation well spent .

The size of this house is fantastic for larger families. However, here's what you really need to know. We arrived to ants throughout the kitchen, informed rental management and two days later ant baits were dropped off. On the last day, ants were found in our diaper bag and on (clean) baby bottles. YUCK!! We also informed mgmt that there were no cleaning supplies to be able to clean ants (or anything else). We had to purchase paper towels, laundry detergent, sponges to clean dishes. There was ONE dishtowel to last 6 days, and we had to continually wash the one we had and the bath towels/cloths, etc. because there was not enough, hence having to buy laundry detergent. The outside garbage was 3/4 full when we arrived, and we had no where to put our garbage as our 6 day stay progressed. Once again, I let mgmt know this, as wildlife was getting into it, said they would pick it up, and never did. AC kept bedrooms cool, but the rest of the house was very warm, and no fans (just hanging wires from the ceiling). Kitchen is good size but has very little to offer in terms of cooking/baking needs, which is why you rent a house, to be able to use as you would your own home. No colander, no mixing/salad bowls, pots without lids, only two garbage bags (again, we had to buy some). In conclusion, good house for large family, but definitely bring your own supplies if want a clean area and too cook with a bit more ease than having to use the Wok for most everything (came in handy for our evening salads, as again, there were NO BOWLS!)
Manager response:
Hello, Stacey! We apologize for any issues you experienced during your stay. Please know that the pest issue is prevalent this time of year in Pine Mountain Lake and is not a cleanliness issue. The A/C has since been repaired and is in good working order. Thank you for bringing that issue to our attention. We are sorry for any miscommunications regarding the number of consumable products provided in the home prior to your arrival. Pantry items like oils and spices are not usually stored in the home for sanitary purposes. We encourage our guests to bring any food-related items they may need during their visit. We also provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Cleaning supplies, a broom, and a vacuum cleaner can be found in the hall closet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. Thank you for letting us know there is room for improvement and we hope we have the opportunity to host you for a more comfortable stay.

The house was roomy and clean. It had all the spaces we need and more. The bonus pool/movie room was a plus and everyone enjoyed it. Can easily accomodate 5 car parking.

The basement of this rental that had 2 beds was musty smelling and damp which triggered all of our allergies. If you have any allergies or asthma, please beware before renting this place. The upstairs is beautiful but air conditioning didn’t work well which made it extremely uncomfortable to stay during the July heat. Very disappointed as the upstairs home was really beautiful.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Amrita. We are glad you enjoyed this home overall but apologize for the details that were amiss. We are so sorry the AC was not working properly during your stay. It has been repaired and is working as it should. The coffee pot has also been replaced. We appreciate your feedback and hope we have the opportunity to host you for an exceptional stay in the future!
We had a much needed, peaceful vacation with our family in this beautiful home.Loved the way the house was thoughtfully decorated, the owners had even labelled which switches were for what. We spent most of our time in the deck enjoying some food we grilled and soaking in the beauty of the mountains and the wilderness around.Kids loved sleeping in their bunk beds and waking up to the beautiful view outside their window. The house was well stocked with board games and books for them which they enjoyed. The highlight of the stay was when the kids spotted a few deers in the yard.We will return to this beautiful quiet home next time we are in Groveland.
