I was amazed the house was better in person than in the pictures! Clean and spacious. ! Relaxing pond to sit by on the deck, full kitchen 2.5 baths. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and covered parking to keep the car cool.

Things the owner should add( my opinion) a note that there are beach chairs ( although one is broken) and noodles and a cooler in the shed. Directions to get to the beach. Info about the beach club offerings. That there is live music at the tiki bar most. Nites!

The notebook with notes should be left in a more obvious place, kitchen or dining room. I would have missed it had I. NOt been looking for it

Location was perfect for sunsets. Nice water views. Screened porches and furniture a plus although we weren’t able to use them due to cold weather. Furnishings throughout the condo were tasteful and in good condition. Lamps in living area could use brighter bulb for nighttime. MBR mattress very comfortable. The face of one drawer in LR needs to be reattached.
Rental company issued us an early check in which we did not ask for. Would rather have had a late check out instead. Asked about late check out, but was told it would be an additional $40 which we decided not to do. Overall an excellent choice for us. Would rent again. We really enjoyed this property. The location was great with a lake view from the deck with beach access being just a short 5 minute walk. The residence was clean, well furnished, and updated. There are many good restaurants within a short drive and we enyoyed visiting the Brookgreen Gardens. Would definitely consider staying at this property again. This property was clean and in a perfect location for easy access to the beach, as well as, wonderful restaurants. The patios provided excellent views of the lake, birds, beautiful sunsets and even the full moon while we were there. The manager sent emails frequently prior to check in regarding necessary information for easy access however, we had a problem with a water leak while we were there and had to contact them several times before anyone got back with us to address the issue therefore, we ended up losing a day of our trip waiting for them to come. There was limited toilet paper & paper towels, which we didn’t know, so be sure to bring your own. I would recommend this property though & hope I can use it again in the future, too. Very clean Condo and quite beautiful inside! Only complaint was it could use a few more pans such as a brownie pan and pizza pan. Also only has about 6 spoons! We did have an issue with air conditioning not working last two days upstairs in bedrooms! Turnkey brought us a portable air conditioner! We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The place is very nicely decorated, super clean, and very comfortable. Our family of 5 adults loved every detail.
The only problem we faced was that the resort didn’t offer any alternative for use of a swimming pool as each little “neighborhood” has its own, and ours was closed. The one at the community center was also closed. My husband and I were looking forward to having a pool for exercise and we were not happy that we weren’t warned in advance about this issue.

The house was well kept with the exception of dust flew off when fans were turned on and floors felt dirty as we were instructed no shoes. Top of frig dirty.Both shower drain had hair in them.
I might suggest more towels and maybe beach towels and a hair dryer. I do understand using towels twice but who wants to do laundry on vacation.You may also buy a coffee pot with auto turn off.

Lovely condo. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of little amenities like coffee, filters, spices, sugar, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Nice soaps in bathroom. Only one TV. No King Bed in a very large nice master. Queen was very comfortable but would have like a bigger bed. Had some check in problems. Was delayed 30 minutes in getting through security gate. I gave the security guard number to the first person I texted with but their protocol required they reach a local person to handle with took time. Otherwise all was good.
