This place is fantastic. Just as described, no surprises, well stocked and beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to Grand Lake and RMNP. Exactly what I was looking for. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Well equipped full-log log cabin and numerous sleeping locations. Our daughter loved the seclusion of the loft beds up the ladder. Very nice deck to warm in the sun. Cozy but modern, clean bathroom. Wifi was extremely slow. The door lock system was broken at arrival and there were no garbage bags in the bins and the bag box was left empty. TurnKey associates were responsive. Door and bag issues were fixed the next morning. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We booked this cabin because of its location and because it was a stand alone rental (not a townhome). The cabin has THE BEST location! It is 1/2 mile from the park entrance and extremly close to town. The views are breath taking!

The cabin is very spacious and can easily accommodate a large family. It only has one bathroom which could be a challenge for some people, but we were fine. It is a bit dated, but that did not bother us either! If you are looking for a modern, 5 star rental, this would definitely not be the place for you.
When we arrived, there was no propane, dishwashing detergent and no extra paper towels or toilet paper. We contacted the management company and they responded very quickly and dropped off the items. We were very impressed by their prompt response.

The highlight of our stay was the heard of elk that walked right though the backyard. We would book this rental again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It was awful due to no one addressing the mouse issues while we were there. The cabin was super cute and should have been a great place to stay but the sun porchUpper area were my kids where supposed to sleep had a hole in the wall a mouse trap on the floor and mouse poop all around. I contacted the company as soon as we got there they said they would take care or it but no one ever came no matter how many times i tried to contact them. We could not sleep up there so that took out two of the beds (the beds in this area are on the floor since its a loft space that means down where the mouse poop and hole and mice where. ) this also freaked my kids out. They where afraid a mouse was going to run across them in their sleep not to mention thats just nasty so they slept on The hard futon. When i asked what we where supposed to do they said they would come fix it. No one ever came not to fix the mouse stuff not to fix the heater that sounded like it was going to take off so we could not turn it on.. it kept everyone in the cabin awake so they could not sleep out on the sun porch day bed. My mom was with us and this was a mess. I asked to be moved thats when they stopped replying to me. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The property was a nice as expected. It was very clean and well-maintained except the dishwasher did not work. We had great customer service. TurnKey was very quick to answer questions and concerns. The wildlife that walked by the deck each day spoiled us. There were multiple moose with a baby, a deer, a fox, and of course chipmunks. This was a great location which was close to town with shopping and restaurants, and it was close to the Rocky Mountain National Forest where we enjoyed hiking multiple trails.
