It is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the condo is very clean. There are plenty of restaurants near by. We enjoyed our stay!:)

We loved the decor, ease of access to pool, hot tub, the beach, and proximity to restaurants and bars. The only down side was the entry lock--probably user error, but the ability to have so many necessities available was a plus.

Beautiful condo, very clean, modern and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Pool and jacuzzi just outside the door. Covered parking was excellent. We had a great time staying at this condo. The pool and hot tub is right outside the patio, and the beach is just about an 8 minute walk away. It was incredibly clean all throughout. The master bedroom mattress was definitely on the firm side, but the other bedroom mattress was pretty comfortable. The condo itself is in great shape and in a great location.
Our only issues during the stay were related to housekeeping. When we arrived there were not any paper towels or cleaning supplies. Then we found dishware that was still dirty. One pan had grease and stuffed burned in on it. I was able to get it clean after letting it soak over 24 hours. Turnkey told us they would have housekeeping come by but they never did. The tub in the guest bathroom had blood spots in it so I had to clean that as well.

These wasn`t that big of a deal to stop us from staying here in the future. I just want others to be prepared and hope that the property manager makes sure this doesn`t happen to future guests. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was great and the condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the large living room/dining area to hang out and the bedrooms were spacious. It was also very helpful to have laundry in the condo. One thing to note is that the path to the beach is 0.3 miles, so this could be a challenge for some. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Beautiful spacious condo! Full kitchen with all accessories. Would definitely stay again. My only con was that we could not check in early. Having arrived at 12 pm this was an issue. I realized after 2 hours pool was around the side & sat by pool until we could check in. Once we were in, everything was great! This property was ideal for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). It was clean, uncluttered (but well equipped), and nicely decorated. Everything was great, except for the fact that the hot tub was not operational (disappointing because it was a selling point for the place.). We will definitely stay here again if the hot tub is fixed! Thanks for maintaining things so well, otherwise! Condo was wonderful. My Mother and I are both disabled. She uses a scooter and a walker and this location was perfect! Literally about 12 steps to the pool.
The parking is right at the door. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Everything was spotless and smelled clean. No issues with the door lock. The beach is accessible for vehicles until 7 pm at night so it was easier for is to drive down to Mantazas Street and drive to our “perfect” spot and drag our chairs over to the water. It is a long walk to the beach from the condo for disabled people but easy for my daughters. There is a safety gate, a gazebo and easy to get to. Beautiful walk among the pool area the other condo using the handicapped accessible beach on the condo property. My mother was able to walk to holding onto our arm where the boardwalk ends and the “sandy beach” begins. The big tub was enjoyed by my Mother and daughters. There are no jacuzzi jets in the tub. It is spacious and the master shower good and hot and roomy.
AC worked great. Smart TV using your own Netflix account and others programming. I used the washer and dryer 1x. It worked well. Ice maker works well.
Things that would be nice additions:

Soap dispensers by each sink
More washcloths and hand towels

We had a fantastic stay! Parking practically at the door and it is covered which is terrific! We did not mind seeing the beach from the condo because we had a great view of the pool. Very affordable for a beach property in such awesome condition. Decorated very cute. The only issue was not having a correct address- lots of difficulty because the GPS never got us there. The rep from Turnkey was extremely patient and helpful to get us there. The property is called The Villas - if you take I- 95 N you get off at Exit 305 on Highway 206 go down until you reach A1A turn left and go two miles down. Beautiful and spacious 1st floor condo unit. Very clean!! We could smell the cleaning products when we walked in AND THAT’S IMPORTANT with this COVID mess going on. Bedsheets/towels clean, beds comfortable. I would’ve given 5 stars but when I see beach access, I assume a 5 min walk at the most. The beach access is within the Hibiscus community next door. So this warning is for people like me with heart conditions: this is a moderate walk to get to the beach empty handed. If you have beach chairs and a cooler, this walk can prove to be difficult. So just be aware of that. If I were going in Jan/Feb I would definitely stay here again because a beach walk would not be on my agenda and I’ve seen how clean they keep the condo. We got to the condo an hour early. We could not check in. Called turnkey and they said they could not activate the door code until 4. At 4 the door code did not work. Called again and was on hold for approx 15 min. They tried to change the code, still didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. Luckily the key lockbox was unlocked and we finally got in the condo. Called turnkey 3 more times and texted 4 times about getting the lock fixed. Was told every time that someone was coming out. No one responded. We only had one key to the condo which made it difficult for our family to do things separate. We loved the condo and the access to the pool was great! There was about a half mile hike to the beach. We had some issues with the code to get into the condo for checkin. The turnkey rep that had to come let us in was wonderful but the rep on the phone initially was super rude. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but had a very bumpy start. There were some plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms as well but we weren’t charged and let the turnkey rep know.
