Two furnished lanais overlook the sapphire-blue water, and the newly redecorated interior has a pleasing island flair. Start your day with a cup of Kona coffee on the main lanai, where you can take in views of Moloka'i and Lana'i.

Your top-floor corner unit is steps from the heated oceanfront pool and grill area. Choose a lounge chair and sunbathing on the expansive patio while the waves roll in.

LIVING AREAS

It’s easy to unwind into vacation mode in the light-filled living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa and two comfy armchairs. You’ll love the Tommy Bahama-inspired decor.

The 48” flat-screen comes with a DVD player, setting the scene for laid-back movie nights.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo accommodates up to five guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have slatted pocket doors that slide open.

The master suite is detailed with a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen, plus a private lanai overlooking the coast. Find a sparkling tub/shower combination in the master bathroom.

The guest suite (which features a sliding room divider separating it from the living room), has a queen bed, a TV, and access to the main lanai. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The main covered lanai affords stunning views of the Pacific and the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. Kick back on a pair of comfy easy chairs, or gather at a dining table for four. The private master lanai also has ocean views and seating for two.

The heated community pool and patio are steps from your door. Recline on a lounge chair in between refreshing dips in the water. The well-equipped grill area sets the scene for festive afternoon cookouts.

The Hololani B804 condo was perfect for the four of us. It was clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of room for us to each have our own space, with comfortable seating. Breakfast on the lanai was my favorite and the view of Molokai and Lanai from morning to sunset was perfect. We saw turtles, stingrays, and even a shark from the 8th floor! The location was so convenient - Miso Phat and a coffee shop across the street, Joey's Kitchen 5 minutes north, and Lahaina 15 minutes south was great. I'd recommend this condo to anyone and would love to stay there again. Mahalo!

had another delightful stay at hololani 804b for ten days of aloha! love the accomodations. sleep so well with ocean surf crashing below. saw many turtles this time, even snorkeled among them! so easy to relax here and yet access the remainder of the island when we wanted. the views are spectacular and we look forward to our next visit.

I just got back from staying at this unit for almost two weeks with my family. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone looking.

- The view is amazing from the 8th top floor! We saw whales, turtles & amazing sunsets everyday. 10 out of 10 for the view off the balconies. There are two balconies with great views from both.
- The walk to the beach is short and the beach is great for snorkeling or just hanging out. We also saw a large sea turtle beached here and turtles everywhere each day.
- Parking spot for this unit is right beside the elevator and makes it super easy to get in and out each day.
- Elevator is quick and no real having to wait.
- The unit was super clean & worked great for us. Two queen beds, pull out sofa, nice kitchen and your own washer & dryer.
- There are plenty of fans to keep you cool at night and going to sleep with the waves crashing each night was nice.
- Both bathrooms are spacious, one has the shower only and the other has the shower/tub combo.
- There is a mc donalds, coffee shop, gas station, brewery, bar/cafe, sushi place right across the street you can walk to.
- You can get to Lahaina & Kaanapali easily with no real traffic issues.
- We did notice that it would rain & get cloudier as this location then in Lahaina each day. Lahaina would be sunny & clear but the short drive to the unit it would be cloudy/rainy some.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking at this unit but not wanting to stay in the expensive Kaanapali beach area.
