Proximity to the beach is perfect. Great location. Bonus you get a free parking spot. Most places are $25 a night.

This location is great for walking to surrounding areas, food, and beach. We had a problem with the balcony door not closing took a little over a day to get someone there to fix it but they got it done. The parking is hard to find if you get a car and they aren't kidding when they say small vehicles!!!

The only setback from our brief stay was the parking accommodation provided to us. Very little clearance for a full size automobile. So little that we incurred scratch damages to our rental car from entering and leaving the parking space every time. I would highly recommend that the next tenant to Apt #704 be warned to rent a small car, (like a mini Cooper). Another point of view, would be that a non skid mat be available in the bathtub. Also you might want to consider a complementary supply of coffee, and tea for the first few days.” This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
