Relax on the stunning waterfront deck, take a refreshing dip in the private pool, or fish from the private dock (fishing poles and light tackle provided).

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the leather sofas and stream shows through the Spectrum app (or another app using personal credentials) on the smart TVs.

A sunroom off the living area offers plenty of comfy seating as well as a quaint bistro table for morning coffee with a view.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a stainless steel double oven, electric range, and a big double door fridge. Perch at the three-person kitchen counter, or gather at the wet bar with a wine fridge and concoct a refreshing drink. Share festive meals at the elegant glass-top table for six.

BED & BATH

This one-story home sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

The master includes a king bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and French doors that lead to the tranquil pool deck. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

In the second bedroom, you'll find two full-size beds. All beds feature hotel-quality linens. A guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, and can also be accessed from the pool area.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Framed by lush tropical foliage, you’ll love spending time by the beautifully landscaped pool or on the seawall lawn.

A covered patio with ceiling fans and a heater provides the perfect spot to relax year-round. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the smart TV, fire up the grill and host a cookout, or take a swim in the sparkling pool.

A comfortable hammock is tucked away under swaying Arica palms overlooking the water.

A private dock features a cleaning station, picnic table, and a dock ladder! Kick back in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy amazing waterfront views.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, gas-fired grill, board games, and parking for three vehicles is provided.

Upon request, the pool can be heated for $20 per day.

The boat lift is not available for guest use.

All leases require a minimum 30-day term.
