• The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
• This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it’s rarely needed with ceiling fans and Oregon’s mild weather.
• The condo association has a very strict 'no pets' policy for guests. Guests who bring a pet to the property will face both a fine and a possible eviction if the pet is not removed.
