The Clubhouse offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, expansive outdoor pool, game room with ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, foosball, grand room with big screen TV, two poolside grills, fitness room, and a card room guests are welcome to use. Outdoor games include bocce ball, horseshoes, and croquet. Board games and DVDs are also available. Beach shuttle is no longer offered. Bayside at Bethany Lakes has two sections. South Mill Drive on the south side and North Mill Drive and Old Mill Way on the North side. Some properties may allow pets.

This vacation townhouse offers a deck, balcony, gas fireplace, and a two-car garage that can be used for guest parking.

For use of amenities Guest is required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee as follows:
Resort Fee from May 15 to September 30: $300 per week or $150 for less than 4 nights.
Resort Fee October 1 - May 14 is $150 per week or $75 for less than 4 nights.
Guests opting to use the amenities will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
