This 4 bedroom 3 bath 1300 sq. ft. home is also just a half-mile walk or a 3-minute drive, from La Jolla Village with its world class dining and shopping that you can enjoy between your various activities.
A beach chic great room greets you when you enter. A family room area has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan (there are ceiling fans for your comfort in all the rooms).
A dining area for 6-8 - with slider access and beautiful views of the well-furnished spacious patio - accompanies the living room. A thoroughly modern kitchen with a kitchen bar for 2, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops provides a great space to meet all of your culinary needs.
There are 3 king bedrooms, two with en suite baths and one that shares a hallway bath with the 4th bedroom that has two twin trundle beds. This home comfortable sleeps 8 in beds, and of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home has cable and WI-FI, 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

It is a very short 15-minute walk or 3-minute ride to world-renowned La Jolla Village with all its world-class dining and shopping.
This home is easy to enjoy - inside and out - and will give you a wonderful opportunity to experience both indoor and outdoor coastal living at its very best.

This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

TV was broken and was the only item we received credit for. The outdoor lights, BBQ did not work properly. There was not enough indoor seating for 8 people. The garage was converted to a bedroom and only had a tiny window and fan for circulation. It was very hot in the room even though it was 65 outside. We were not very pleased and left early.

The good location location location
We were a group of friend that went to LJHS and were I town for our reunion. The 4 bedroom layout was just what we needed. The outside living room was where we spent our time. Being able to walk to our beach was priceless. To all tourists be careful in the womp, the shore break is not forgiving. The only negative was the lack of cross breeze in august it was a bit hot.

Small bathrooms, minimal supplies no hand soap. Was not stocked with trash bags had to buy them. Floors were dirty.

The location is spot on and two blocks from wind and sea beach. The square footage of the house is small especially if you are planning to accommodate 2-3 adult couples. The interior appears to need a good clean as dirty walls, doors, door jams, and floors are visible from previous guests. Cooking accommodations are very minimal and should plan to purchase everything including salt and pepper or oil. The patio with BBQ and fire pit was the highlight of the living space.

The house was nice and beds were comfortable. However, there is only one couch to sit on inside that sat 3 people. Thankfully it is nice out and could use the patio during the day.
We were only given one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. I called for additional rolls, and they brought them by at 3PM the following day. Housekeeping said they had run out the day before. Really? Did they not think to go purchase some at the grocery store - that is what I had to do!! What did they think 8 people were to do with one roll of toilet paper for 24 hours?
Dirty wine glasses in the cabinet with lipstick still on them from previous guests.
Probably will look for a different house next visiting San Diego

Great location, patio fantastic. Cleaning good, some dirty glasses in the cabinet over the fridge. Broken blind when we arrived, fixed promptly. Not easy to figure out who your dealing with - is it Vacasa, or Seabreeze. Seems to depend on what the issue is.

The space looked just like the pictures! Gorgeous patio space with an awesome firepit, as well as plenty of space. There were thoughtful elements spread throughout the house like an extra propane tank, towels, laundry detergent, etc. A whopping 0.33mi from the edge of the beach. Would recommend!

Close to the beach and restaurants, very roomy, outdoor patio was so fun to sit around at night at the fire pit. Large area to wash off all the sand. Close to all the fun things San Diego has to offer. We loved it!

Great location! The pictures are realistic, but they don`t tell you- the beds are comfy, the kitchen well equip, the nights on the patio with a fire looking at the stars relaxing, great food within an easy walk the beach is 2 blocks away. We loved it! Hope to come back again soon.
