Imagine relaxing in this seaside beauty with an ocean view, just 1 block from world famous Windansea Beach, and just a short stroll to the heart of La Jolla Village with all its word-class shopping and restaurants.

This modern, well-appointed 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home was exquisitely refurbished in 2015 with every convenience, comfort, and amenity in mind.

Upon entering this beach inspired home you will find yourself in a sun filled dining area with a table for eight. To one side the living area boasts lots of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV and an inviting fireplace.

Entertain yourselves with a game of shuffleboard or step out onto the front patio through large French glass doors where you can enjoy the breezes as you sip morning coffee or enjoy an evening libation or refreshment before dinner.

To the other side of the dining area, a wonderfully cheerful, fully equipped kitchen features a sunny breakfast nook, a built in bar with seating for four, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. The kitchen overlooks an additional living area or family room, an ideal space for enjoying one another with comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV. French doors leading to the spacious outdoor dining area with al fresco dining around a table for eight and a barbecue. The main floor of the home also features a half bathroom.

A Y-shaped stairway leads to two upstairs wings - one with a private master suite over the front of the home and the other to two guest bedrooms in the back.

The secluded king master suite has a 50” wall-mounted flat screen TV recessed into a floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace and a quiet workspace. Rich Brazilian cherry wood flooring adds to the warmth of this room, while the suite's ocean view veranda offers refreshing ocean breezes.

The elegant spa-like bathroom is a retreat unto itself. Relax in the tropical rain shower. The focal point of the master bathroom is a modern oval freestanding 72'' soaking tub, with a dramatic 4-foot high chrome filler and hand-sprayer.

One guest suite boasts a king bed, a walk-in closet, a 42-inch high-definition flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the sun and ocean views, from a large sofa and/or shaded table for four.

The second guest suite features a queen size bed, a wall-swivel-mounted 40'' high definition LCD TV, a large mirrored closet, and a ceiling fan. Each of these luxurious guest suites has access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom featuring a travertine slab countertop, unique custom tile work, and a tub and shower.

This home offers a two-car garage as well as one additional off street parking space.

Bonair Beauty is in a perfect location, less than a block away from Windansea Beach, and within walking distance of both the wonderful village of La Jolla and Bird Rock amenities. The three bedrooms are very comfortable for a family of 4, or even 6 (3 couples), and the kitchen, family room, living room and dining room - and covered, secure parking! - make it a great alternative to staying in a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's about a 5 min walk to the beach and conveniently located in between the places we visited, Legoland and the zoo. The house is spacious with nice bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as many areas to relax/eat in, including a comfy breakfast nook and fun shuffleboard table. Though we did not cook, we found the kitchen met our basic needs. The house was easy to get to and access with the instructions provided. We would definitely stay again!

The house is very dirty. The rugs, carpets, & furniture are stained & smell of pet slobber & urine. Shortly after check-in we were asked to complete a survey regarding the cleanliness & explained how dirty it was, we were told that Vacasa would reach out to us with a solution but they never did! Also, the second shower does not work, the window was broken & the 3rd guest room has exposed wires! The freezer was broken & full of water, it was completely unusable. It’s a great location but gross.

We had 6 adults and 2 small kids on our vacation. We stayed for a week and this rental had plenty of room! We enjoyed the outside patios. We cooked most of our meals while we were there and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The double car garage was perfect and the beds were all extremely comfortable. This house is 5 houses from the beach and a very easy walk! We had a 4 yr old and baby with us and took them to the beach everyday and this beach is one of the best we have been to in Southern California!! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we had an issue with the A/C and only had air conditioning 2 out of the 5 days but they did send someone out to repair the A/C very quickly but it stopped working again shortly after. The communication with Vacasa to rectify our issue was very quick; no complaints. You should stay at this rental if you are looking for a great place near a great beach!!

We were a family of 5 and had a nice stay. Location is excellent, a few meters from the shores (beautiful sunset), restaurants, coffee shops. The house is really big and there is enough spaces for everyone. The entry was not very easy and last 15min as we had to type many times the code until it fibally open, with timer between atemps (!). Beside this, all was fine. We do recommend.

Beautiful townhouse, but needs some TLC and maintenance. This is the second time we stayed in the house. It doesn't seem as though any maintenance or "freshening" has been done in the last three years. The beds were EXTREMELY squeaky, loud and run down, and the mattresses were like sleeping on outdoor furniture. All of us were exhausted and unrested. There was no power in the outlets in the back bedroom and no overhead lights.....I think there was a table lamp that worked. The refrigerator froze all of the food in different areas on certain shelves. Unfortunately we were so sleep deprived we called and asked for air mattresses and were told that we could rent some for an additional fee (after I explained why I was requesting them) Ultimately we decided to leave early. Townhouse is darling, just needs some upkeep....having people move in and out constantly puts some serious wear a home

My wife and our Labrador Retriever stayed here for 1 week to work remotely + visit family who lives nearby in San Diego. The condo was gorgeous and very well suited to our needs for working. The WIFI had a poor connection upstairs but once we both relocated downstairs there were absolutely no connection issues (I got >300 mbps sitting near the router). Being so close to the beach was really nice - we could hear the waves crashing at night and walking down there for sunsets in the evenings was magical. The neighborhood ideal for grocery stores nearby and we did several walks over to the Bird Rock area (a very nice ~30 min walk each way) for coffee and breakfast. We definitely look forward to returning!

The location of this property was great, just steps from Windansea Beach, a great market sounds the corner, etc. We also loved the house (plenty of space) and that it was dog friendly! Having the garage was great as parking is on demand in that neighborhood and the cruiser bikes and beach chairs in the garage were a nice bonus! Couple of very minor items with the house - the screens on the French doors don`t work and the left side of the kitchen sink leaked but we just worked around those and the stay was wonderful. There was some sand in the house but it`s the beach. Overall we loved the place and plan to return! Spectacular family vacation with the family in May. Your property was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious and came with all accommodations we needed as we didn`t find ourselves going out to buy anything except the food! Only two minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches this country has to offer (Wind and Sea) - how can you go wrong and the weather was perfect! You`re toughest critics (our kids) loved every minute of their vacation and rate their stay 5 STARS. Thank you so much.....we`ll be back! We really enjoyed staying at this large and comfortable condo with family and friends. Watching surfers at Windansea beach, and taking a dip ourselves were highlights everyday. Walks to north to La Jolla Cove and south to Bird Rock were the perfect distance to grab coffee, food, and peruse the shops. The kitchen was a great family room for our party of 6 adults and 2 young children to gather and play. We had great views in both directions from the patios adjoining the two larger bedrooms. If you want to know what luxury feels like, stay here. From the moment we walked in to the moment we had to drag ourselves out, we spent most of our vacation enjoying this beautiful home. The kids loved the shuffleboard table, that was a neat addition. The weather was so perfect for our stay and it was so nice to have a drink on the patio enjoying the sunset. Not to mention the location, La Jolla is now one of our favorite vacation spots. We have recommended this home to all of our friends, and highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about staying here. Do it!!
