And, there is plenty to keep you occupied after a long hike or day in the village, including the dry sauna for soothing achy muscles. • Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
• Fireplace/woodstove are the only sources of heating - firewood not provided, please come prepared.
• Mountain home has no air-conditioning.
• Please watch your children in the loft bedroom and on the back deck.

• 1 dog , weighing 15 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Three cars can park in driveway. You can only park in the driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing
• Security camera details: Ring cameras at the front entrance. Cameras are inactive when it's occupied.
