Head down the drive past our windmill to this adorable one-bedroom home. There's plenty of Texas sky and privacy where you can relax and listen to cows lowing and watch the wildlife go by!

Step onto the inviting full-length porch, complete with rockers and a Texas-size view, and take a minute away from the hustle and bustle of Fredericksburg to enjoy some peace and quiet. Head inside to a charming living room with a double sofa bed, streaming, games (including Texas-opoly), and an eclectic mix of Texas touches. There's a built-in desk perfect for a quick email or bite or a leisurely cup of coffee in the morning. And there's a complete kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, galvanized decor details, and ample counter space for any culinary creation. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a unique walk-in shower and a lovely double bedroom. Extra perks include a whole-house water filter that provides amazing drinking water. There is also a high-end ice maker. So you can relax with a cool drink the minute you arrive.

What makes this cabin special, though, is the outdoor living space! Along with the classic porch, there's also a custom-shaded Toja hammock for two. This is your spot for a book and a nap, but only after you've taken a dip
in the stock tank pool. The pool has its own sunbathing deck as well, so the lounging options are limitless. In addition, there's a gas grill and a picnic table perfectly placed under a live oak for anytime al fresco meals, and there's also a cozy firepit where you can host your own private wine tasting while you verify that the stars at night ARE big and bright.

Even though this cabin is idyllic, and you might not want to leave, you will definitely have to visit Fredericksburg and enjoy all that it has to offer. From wildflowers and wine, to history and peaches, to Oktoberfest and the LBJ Ranch, there is always something to see, eat or drink. A 30-mile stretch of road from Fredericksburg to Johnson City is home to more than 50 wineries and tasting rooms. Hill Country is famous for German food and breweries like Aldstadts, BBQ, live music like Hondos, and, of course, its peaches, so don't miss a visit to Das Peach Haus. Fredericksburg is home to more than 400 festivals and special events each year (which is more than one event a day) so there is always something fun for everyone! Last but not least, Luckenbach is close by, with its own fun, festivals, and live music.
