The cutest, most perfect place. Like walking in a rainforest. We didn’t even leave the house our entire stay. We didn’t need to. Just swam, showered outside, grilled steaks and relaxed. We loved the location and setting. You will not be disappointed. The only thing that I can say would’ve been a bit better was if there was a cooler. Other than that…perfection! Big pool towels, clean, cozy, private and the best comfy bed. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Such a cute place; perfect for a couple or two. Pool and hot tub were the best part. Walking distance to Wilton Drive in case you don't want to deal with parking.

Belle piscine, belle cour arrière, près de tout, propre, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et nous étions près de la plage et des commerces de service.

This little house was perfect for our extended stay - a King bed, a queen murphy bed (all made up and ready to sleep!), and a sofa bed pull out. The King bed was exceptionally comfy - the murphy bed is a bit firm - and the sofa bed is just fine. I've definitely slept on much much worse.
This place was absolutely sparkling clean - and fully stocked with every cooking utensil you could want for eating in - but walking distance to Wilton Drive restaurants! (Bubbles and Pearls and Tulips Tacos are tasty! Drynk had some great cocktails!) Starbucks is also a short drive away. The Murphy Bed also has a desk, so that worked well for one of us to work inside, while the rest of us worked outside at the dining table under neath the cover. While the place is behind the school, we found there to be very little noise - especially at night when we were enjoying the clean, heated pool and the hot tub. The outside shower is just wonderful - we never even used the shower inside -- this IS Florida. The grill was ready to go - and we found extra gas tanks in the outside washroom.
The house has Roku smart/streaming televisions in both bedrooms and the living room, making it easy for us to watch what we want without bothering others - and there are two kinds of coffee machines (drip and k-cup) as well as a hot water heater for tea. The internet was quite zippy - and we never had any problems getting a good, strong signal - inside or out.
The place is quite secure - well lit street and lights in the front/ parking area, and a porch light that comes on automatically. The front door lock is a bit different, but you really get the hang of it once you use it a few times. You have to remember to "wake up" the key pad by pressing any of the buttons on it, then punch in the code - and then hit the little "key" button in the bottom right hand corner of the pad. Once you do that, you hear the lock electronically unlock itself - and presto you're in.
There are plenty of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas. It took us about 10 minutes to get to A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach; Sebastian Street Beach was a few minutes more down the road.
The stacking washer and dryer in the washroom (and the extra toilet) were tremendously convenient. They have both glass and plastic wine glasses, cups, and plates. In addition, we really enjoyed having cocktails every evening in the outdoor sitting area out back by the hot tub...and by the way - you CAN get a tan in the backyard during the day on the chaise lounges. The sun hits the back yard for several hours each day... Even on the one or two rainy days, we had plenty to do inside - the place is stocked with board games, too. Everything you could want is in the house - we had no problems to speak of - and enjoyed seeing some of the local wild life (parrots, little lizards, squirrels-- and an iguana across the street in the school tree).
As we were leaving, the owner stopped by to do some exterior work on the place. He mentioned that Vacasa had recently purchased the home's prior management company and had a few hiccups last December as the new company took over. He said that Vacasa is now working hard to be as responsive as possible to guest concerns - and January and February guests were very pleased with the support they received.
As we left, they were replacing the asphalt in the front yard with beautiful new pavers - lots and lots of room to park. We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to go back.

not the best location for us, a bit far from the beach but beautiful home nonetheless. Love the pool and hot tub and all the amenities.

This was a very nice home and walkable to several nice restaurants in the area. The home was clean and nicely stocked, which made cooking several of our meals "in" a breeze. The pool and spa were wonderful, clean and nicely heated, we so appreciated that! We also very much enjoyed the covered patio area for the few rainy days we had; we could stay on the patio and play cards or games and not feel like we were stuck inside all day! I would have given 5 starts if it weren't for the window units in the two bedrooms which were fairly loud, especially when the condensers kicked on. This made sleeping a challenge at first. We ended up turning off the bedroom A/C when going to bed and just benefit from the living room A/C which was much quieter. The school across the street was no bother except for weekday mornings at 5:30 am when the garbage trucks would empty the school's garbage. All in all, we would not hesitate to book this home again!
Manager response:
David, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear your stay was pleasant! We apologize for any inconvenience the window units caused, and we will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding this feedback. We look forward to your next stay with us!
