This home has a spacious living area with large tv, dining table and kitchen, comfortable tempur-pedic type beds, and a bathroom with shower. There is also an outdoor patio with fire pit. We liked being able to walk to South Haven as well as the lakeshore. South Haven has some great restaurants, boutique shopping and beautiful beaches with a historic lighthouse.

The house is cute, pretty well renovated, and close to downtown South Haven. My boys loved the yard! Fun times playing yard games! Disappointed that the dishwasher did not work and there were no measuring cups for cooking, no cutting board, and internet was shotty. Also the toilet made a very loud noise and nobody responded to my texts about it. It was quite loud and would have been nice to communicate with someone about the issues but nobody responded to my texts. Overall great but some issues.

The rental was in a great location and very close to downtown. Has the basic things you need for a stay in South Haven.
We had a few issues with the place then we checked in - the water for the toilet kept running which made a loud noise the whole time. Also, the shower head bracket was broken and just laid there. The property management company stated a few times that they were working on the issue and would send maintenance over. That never happened. I have rented with Vasca a few times before but this time it was very horrendous. Not professional what so ever.

This was a very nice place. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Minutes from town. Plenty of room for 6 comfortably. I would certainly stay again.

The house is updated with new floors, fresh paint and modern accessories. Plus, it was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. It took us roughly 15 minutes to walk to the beach, maybe 10 minutes to town.

No Wi-Fi, required to do housework towards the end. Smelled like smoke. No hot water from the sink. Worst beds ever. Left a night early with inability to walk because of back pain.
