Newly Updated Condo with Ski-In/Ski-Out Access, a Private Hot Tub & More

The bounty of Big Sky is at your front doors when you stay at this lovely three-bedroom Moonlight Basin townhouse with ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky Resort, a private hot tub, and all new furnishings. Sleeping up to 10, it's perfect for your next mountain-themed getaway!

Known for its 'cold-smoke' powder and big mountain slopes, Big Sky Resort is close this condo; from the back porch, simply ski down to the Pony Express chairlift for access to all of Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin. But if you'd like to explore in town, it's just a short drive down the mountain to community attractions and eight miles east to Big Sky's downtown, which has shopping, dining, and live entertainment.

Step inside to find a custom-inspired interior with natural wood and stone accents evoking the spirit of the wildlands just beyond your doors. Kick off your boots and rest in front of a warm fire in the living area, where you'll find two cushy couches in front of a high-definition DVD-equipped flatscreen (it even has the NFL package!) and a gas fireplace below.

All the furnishings here have been recently updated to ensure a cozy, comfortable stay for your whole group. Just beyond the living room doors, a new hot tub invites end of the day soaks with gorgeous views of the valley you won't find anywhere else.

You'll certainly find great dining options nearby, but if you'd like to stay in for a cozy evening, why not cook a meal in the full kitchen? The chef in your group will appreciate its polished granite countertops, professional-grade appliances, including a dishwasher, and assorted cookware for serving up home-cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar with seating for three and meals together at the adjacent six-seat dining table. In the mood for a barbecue? Just fire up the outdoor deck's gas grill and throw on those fresh bison burgers!

When it's time to call it a day, get the restful sleep you deserve in any of three bedrooms, which will accommodate up to 10 guests with the addition of a sofabed. On the top floor, a lofted suite has a king bed and a twin bed built into the wall, along with an en-suite bathroom (one of two bathrooms). Two guest bedrooms sit on the lower level and contain a twin-over-queen bunk set and a single queen, respectively. The other full bathroom is also on this level, and you needn't pack your whole wardrobe thanks to the private washer/dryer.

If you'd like to get out and explore a bit, take a short drive to the Big Sky Base area shops for retail shops, restaurants, and apres-ski entertainment at live music venues. You could also keep going down the mountain to find more shopping, dining, and entertainment in the Meadow Village.

In warm seasons, enjoy local hikes on countless trails in the Gallatin National Forest, mountain biking on Big Sky Resort's thrilling single-track, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and much more. In the summer, you'll also find a weekly live music series, a nearby farmer's market, and the PBR Rodeo. Best reserved for a weekend trip, family-friendly Yellowstone National Park's West Yellowstone entrance lies 59 miles south.

Come play on the slopes, shop in town, or relax in the lap of luxury at this updated condo with all the comforts of home. Reserve your dates today for a beautiful Big Sky getaway!

Spacious and comfortable for our family. Beds were very comfortable. We were planning to stay in a different unit but it had a gas leak the day of our reservations so we had to switch. Once we arrived, I remembered why I hadn’t booked this cheaper alternative. Many of the cons listed in the reviews were still not addressed. Mattress pads missing, dishwasher only works every other time you run it and is missing a wheel from the bottom rack making it a pain to load. Dishes were chipped. Most stuff in the kitchen seems like it’s stuff that was picked up for a first apartment. Kitchen faucet turns itself off. We only used the tv in the living room. There are 4 remotes. Someone eventually figured it out. Fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Great closet space if you want to hang all of your clothes, but no drawers or place to prop up your suitcase. With all that said, these are simple fixes that if done, this is a great place! The hot tub was fabulous. The view was spectacular. The beds were super comfortable (I know, I said that already but they are worth a second mention).
Manager response:
Hi, Ellen! We're glad you chose to stay with us and would like to sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. Maintenance is taking care of the fireplace, faucet, and dishwasher. New kitchen inventory will be suggested to the homeowner. Thank you!
Kari Y. Jun 2022
House was clean, ready when we arrived and fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, and toiletries. Washer/dryer was also a plus and used daily. Hot tub worked great and loved the views. Would definitely stay there again!

Location is excellent. Have stayed in the townhouse units along the Iron Horse lift for the past 7 years. Would just say for the price, this unit was mediocre compared to the others we have stayed in.
Manager response:
Loyd, thank you for your review. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this listing, we attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenities lists, and descriptions so guests can make an informed choice about what they are paying for and make the right decision for their needs. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Super convenient. We absolutely loved being able to walk just a few steps to strap up our boards and jump on Iron Horse - so much more time on the mountain that way! And it was fairly quiet during the week; able to avoid most of the (short) lines at the village by spending more time in this area. Kitchen was accommodating and took a good soak in the hot tub after each full day of snowboarding. Fireplace, television, internet access and laundry were all user-friendly and welcomed.

Nice spot with good views. Everything was clean and check in/out was seamless.

Liked · Comfortable, clean condo in an excellent location for a great price compared to other Saddle Ridge townhomes. We paid $2900 for 4 nights in late March. Condo is on the ideal side of the Saddle Ridge complex, facing the lift and looking up towards Lone Peak. To get to the closest run, walk out the front door, past one unit and then down the small hill, put skis on and off you go to ride the Pony Express or Iron Horse lift. Downstairs bedroom with queen bed is larger than pictured. Closets are roomy. Condo had a few games, lots of extra towels, a few humidifiers, some pantry items like coffee filters, some spices and foil. Kitchen also had plenty of utensils and cookware. The hot tub worked perfectly. The placement of the lid when open is unusual. It blocks the view a bit and I had to be in the hot tub to grab the lid to close it since there was no space on the sides to grab it from outside the tub. View from the upstairs porch is beautiful. Layout felt spacious and comfortable for our party of 5. Highly recommend! Also, appreciated the highly flexible cancellation policy that gave us the option to cancel up to 1 month out. That and the price were key factors in me choosing this unit. I’m glad we did!

Disliked · The window in the bedroom with bunk beds doesn’t fit the frame perfectly, letting cold air in through a gap. It made a noise on windy nights. Bunk bed boards were unevenly spaced when we checked in, causing the top mattress to sag down at first, but we quickly fixed that!
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Beth! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to hosting you again!

We stayed in his townhouse for 5 days during Feb 2021. It was such a convenient place. Ski in and ski out. We got to ride the first chair of Iron Horse lift almost every morning. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The used the house’s all-clad cookware to prepare our food. It was great. The only thing I wish to the house to have is baking gloves. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Perfect ski on ski off condo. Would book every year if I could
Stephen S. Jun 2020
Minor details kept this place from being a 5 star rating. The fireplace was not working, but since it was early Summer, it didn’t need to. The other “issue” was the sauna cover is placed in such a way that it blocks the mountain view. All in all, a very good experience.
William F. Mar 2020
Saddle Ridge G2 provided great access to Big Sky skiing. The condo was ready when I arrived 30 minutes early.
Chad R. Feb 2020
Great mountain good access to the lifts. Condo was clean and well appointed.
Hans H. Feb 2020
location, hot tub
jacob c. Dec 2019
We lii I fed the view and the proximity to the lift. We would stay again.
ROBERT H. Dec 2019
Space was well-appointed and comfortable. One thing that confused us was that there were cable boxes in most rooms, but not the one we thought was the master, upstairs. And you might add an entry rug inside at the door to the hot tub, we felt bad coming onto the carpet still wet.

Fantastic View
amy n. Feb 2019
kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and there was no aluminum foil but otherwise unit was clean and comfortable. appliances, wi-fi, bedrooms/bathrooms all worked as expected.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Amy! Our property manager is working with maintenance on taking care of the faucet, and will absolutely be replaced if we cannot repair it. Thank you!
Jeff S. Feb 2019
Great location and views. Very clean.
Ellen B. Feb 2019
Condo was beautiful, spacious, had great views and was easy to access from the slopes. Our party had 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. Only complaint was the master bedroom TV didn't work. Unfortunately this issue was not resolved during our stay. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
Manager response:
We apologize for the amenities trouble. As a note for future guests, the master bedroom TV is not wired for DirecTV or cable.
Gabby K. Jan 2019
Everything!! You could not ask for more!! The property was gorgeous and had everything possible you needed!!
Elaine U. Jan 2019
This was a great condo for 2 families. It’s clean and well appointed. Great access to skiing and a beautiful view of the mountains. We were even able to take in the New Year’s Eve Fireworks from the porch. That being said, I think it’s imprtsnt to note, renting this unit does not give you access to the Moonlight Lodge. Only members may use the facilities and restaurant. Individuals renting units that are owned by Moonlight members (which this is not) can pay to have access to the Lodge and Tavern. I didn’t realize this detail. It didn’t affect our enjoyment of the unit, but I thinks it’s important for other guests to know.
Toni B. Dec 2018
Unit was clean and well stocked. We had a slow draining faucet and they came that day to fix it. Absolutely loved the ski-in ski-out access!!
Kris S. Dec 2018
We just returned from 4 nights of wonderful skiing and this place had everything we needed. Highly recommend the saddle ridge!
Bryce L. Nov 2018
We had a great time here. Well stocked. Well kept - clean. We would stay here again. 2 adults, 3 kids fit well.
Camie J. May 2018
Comfortable home!
James H. Mar 2018
We stayed at this house with 5 adults, plenty of room and the house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Hot tub and views of mountain were great. Highly recommend this house for ski in/ski out quiet location. Must have a car since bus does not come to the lodge since it is now private.
Tom H. Feb 2018
Really enjoyed our time at big sky
Amy J. Jan 2018
Our family had plenty of space in the G2 condo . The kitchen was better equipped than I expected . We enjoyed the outdoor spa . The ski in , ski out was so awesome for our family !!
Would love to stay again !
Kevin M. Jan 2018
Walk to the lodge or ski to the slopes from this condo. It has easy access, nice views and good space. I like to cook and was pleased to find All Clad pans and Wusthof knives. Would happily stay again.
Leann B. Oct 2017
We were in Big Sky for a wedding at Moonlight Basin Lodge. The location could not have been very convenient. G-2 is tastefully decorated and clean.
Paul V. Apr 2017
The unit was very well equipped with all the kitchen necessities and more. Things were clean and new. Not five star quality finishings but over all, a very good value.
Gene B. Mar 2017
Very convenient location with ski-in/ski-out. The condo was basic and nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with spices and utensils (who doesn't have a peeler in their kitchen?).
Brad T. Mar 2017
The location of the property was fantastic with a short walk to the lift and lodge to get tickets. The house had everything we needed from kitchenware to cook meals, bedding and pillows, towels, and of course, the hot tub! Having our own private hot tub was quite the luxury after a long day on the slopes. I was a little skeptical at first after seeing a lot of negative reviews for Vacasa but was very pleased with my experience. My group had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to rent with this service again.
Scott T. Mar 2017
Units on Saddle Ridge are nice but need better mud rooms to store ski clothing and equipment. You have to make sure you rent a unit close to Moonlight Lodge - better access to lift and the lodge.
John M. Jan 2017
Saddle Ridge, G2 is a good place to stay, not super fancy, but everything was clean & in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the new Hot Tub and the ski in-ski out is solid. To go skiing, either walk out the lower level at the hot tub, or walk around the building from the main level front door entrance. Cut a trail through the powder, & head down to the Pony Express Lift. To return to condo, head down Powder River Run, with a little speed, you can ski right to the condo door.

Moonlight Basin is a great location for skiing, but you have to work to find places to go after skiing. If your not familiar with Big Sky, Here are our favorites. On mountain, Montana Jack's & MR Hummers (RIP Bernie) are good, Scissor Bills has better atmosphere, & the Soup Shack is perfect for a quick mountain lunch. Go to Milkie's Pizza in Town Center for some fun, & the Blue Moon is great for breakfast or Pizza. There are many good restaurants, but the Riverhouse on 191 is the best (cheap good food, music, & atmosphere).
