This home away from home offers quiet garden and ocean views. Located within walking distance of casual dining, shopping, and activities, Kapa’a Sands is a ‘hidden gem’ on Kauai. Built on the site of a former Shinto Shrine, Kapa’a Sands consists of 24 unique studios and retreats. Each getaway offers a unique style while each has a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The kitchen, living room, dining area, and a half-bath are on the main floor, and a lanai off the living room affords garden and ocean views. A second lanai is located off one of the bedrooms. The ideal place for some quiet time; watch the sunrise or just take a nap! When it's time to settle down for the night, lounge blissfully on the new Casper mattress in the main bedroom.
A short walk across the lawn will bring you to the start of a white sand beach and a view of the coastline. Relax on the lawn or at the water’s edge and enjoy the Nai’a (dolphin) and Honu (turtles) go about their daily activities. You may even see a whale or two during the winter months!
