The condo is located 300 steps away from the beach miles of white sugar sand to walk and play on. It is located in building 3, the closest building to the ocean and on the third floor, but does offer an elevator for your convenience. From the porch, you have a view of the beach while sitting on a brand new bar height table and chairs to have your coffee on in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main has a king-size bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin. The owner just purchased brand new furniture in the living room and dining room and gave the condo a fresh new look. The couch in the living room pulls out to a full-size bed for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped down to a Keurig coffee maker, so just stop by Publix and you will be all set for your stay. The resort has two pools to enjoy, one of which is heated and there are four hot tubs on the property for you to relax in after a day at the beach.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet is the perfect place to escape from everything offering 24-hour gated security so you can let the kids go to the pool or beach by themselves. While the beach and the miles of white sand that is perfect for hours of walking, surfing, or surf fishing the star feature is that the resort is so close to many restaurants and stores. You are located next door to the new Guy Harvey Resort and Salt Life Restaurant will even come pick you up by golf cart and take you to dinner. There is a putt-putt golf course down the street and the Red Trolley Train stops right out front to take you to St. Augustine for the day. After all, National Geographic has listed St Augustine as one of the top destinations and Ocean and Racquet was Voted St Augustine's Best Condo Community.
