The condo was very nice, spacious, and provided everything we needed for our vacation. We loved being next to the pool as my grandkids visited and got to play in the pool as well as on the beach. Vacasa kept me well informed about every aspect of the rental. There was a high pitched hum coming from the window in the main bedroom. We tried closing the upper window where it was coming from but it wouldn't fully close. Also there was another whistle coming thru the door during the high winds we had. Maybe if there was better insulating trim it would stop that. Other than that, we didn't have any problems and loved the proximity to the beach.

My wife and I visited the Island for a long weekend and had a wonderful time staying in unit B120 at Amelia Surf and Racquet. The space was clean, comfortable, and the views from the balcony and living room window were spectacular. We were impressed by how quiet and private the building was during our stay. We look forward to returning someday soon!
