We've stayed at quite a few condo's in Birch Bay; but this was our favorite. The extra loft upstairs with the big bed was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedding was comfortable and there were many towels and extra bedding available. We loved being up on a balcony; it is a great view while BBQ'ing and relaxing. There was plenty of things to do for teenagers, they swam in the huge indoor pool and played in the game rooms. Birch Bay is safe enough they were also allowed to walk on the new path to the store. No complaints

This is a beautiful home. We have stayed in this house two times and are planning our third. It is a clean, big space with lots of amenities/games to enjoy hanging out comfortably.
