This two-story townhouse is quite close to the clubhouse, where a Ping-Pong table, pool table, foosball table, and arcade machines await, and grants you access to the community's shared amenities, which include indoor and outdoor pools, a playground, grilling stations, a fitness center, a tennis court, and so much more!

Spend tranquil evenings on your front porch watching people go by while sipping on a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage, or enjoying a mouth-watering meal at the outdoor dining area. Upon entering this air-conditioned home away from home, you will first see the inviting living room with tempting sofas, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services. Climb up a short flight of stairs to reach the second living area with another smart TV. Put on the chef's apron and treat your loved ones to their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed full kitchen! Complete with all major appliances, it will definitely make cooking a breeze.   • For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
  • The outdoor pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year, but the dates may extend beyond Labor Day as weather permits.
  • Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
  • 1 dog, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
  • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
