This vacation home is located atop a hill on three acres of land in the Ozark Mountains just three miles south of downtown Eureka Springs west of highway 23 on the same road as the famous local attraction Hillspeak, the home of the Howard Lane Foland Library, The Anglican Digest, and The Anglican Book Store. Here you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Eureka Springs and the surrounding area. The interior boasts a living room, dining room, modern kitchen, five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms (with a whirlpool tub in the master bath), family room with a big screen TV and fireplace, and game room with a pool table. This warm and roomy home is perfect for gatherings of families and friends, as it accommodates larger groups. Out the back door you will enjoy lounging on a raised deck, cooking on a charcoal picnic grill, and gathering around a fire pit. Guests also have the convenience of an RV hookup and ample parking on the side of the home.

This vacation home is close to everything around Eureka Springs, the growing metropolis of Northwest Arkansas, Beaver Lake, Table Rock Lake, and Branson Missouri. Take a trip into downtown Eureka Springs where you can travel throughout the city on the Eureka Springs Trolley, eat at the best restaurants in town, pamper yourself at local spas, ride an antique train through the mountain valley, or sightsee and shop in this extremely unique place, home of several listings in Ripley's Believe It or Not. Just a few miles south on highway 23 you can see lions and tigers and bears at the famous Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Other nearby attractions include caverns, state parks, trails, historic landmarks, rivers, lakes, and ziplines through the mountains.
