Quite. The view from the back porch, pool view is breathtaking. Great family space. If you have teens, the master is on one side of the house, while the other rooms are on the other. I loved this house. I think I stepped outside every morning and took pictures/videos of the Mountain View. I really hated to leave.

Bedroom set-up is perfect for a family. Heated pool was great for the kids and being able to walk to the park was a huge plus. Great selection of books and house was well stocked. Only recommendation I'd have is more comfortable mattresses. Thanks and we'll be back!
