This met our needs for a weekend retreat. Location was very good and we got to see the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th of July without leaving the condo.

Being close to the main fireworks show was nice but the neighbor next door had a great show also. Was a nice stay and would stay again. Just be aware to renter that this is on the first floor but due to layout the 2nd floor layout has a straight walkway in while 1st and 3rd floors have a staircase either up and down. We picked because we thought there was no stairs but we made it work.
