When you first walk in yo notice the unit is clean. The bedrooms offered sufficient amount of room and slept well. The kitchen was stocked with detergent, linens, and dishwasher packs. This includes needed utensils, bowels, pots & pans, etc. The outside of these units are gorgeous. Loved the landscaping. The pool was great and two units down. There were bike trails and walking trails nearby. The beach can be reached left or right about a half mile. Easy to walk to. Inside offered cozy couches (one containing a pullout bed that was unusable due to furniture arrangements) two outside patios with furniture (gets dirty from outside sand and dust i
I cleaned them off-personal preference). A/C worked great. I would stay in this unit again. This unit is on the bottom floor and when inside you did not hear your neighbors. Even while inside you didn’t hear anything from the other rooms either. Overall stay was great. Overall price was midrange for that area as well. Kim, the property manager was very easy to work with. Loved Hilton Head.

Good location to most things on that end of the island, easy walk to the beach. Pool area is small and if several famines or one large family are using pool it makes it less than desirable for say a couple with no kids.
