From the moment we walked in , the view was breathtaking. To be honest, it has to be the best feature about this place. But don't get me wrong there is so much more to love. The hot tub is a definite plus and the cozy bedroom with spectacular view to wake up to is awesome. There are a kot of quaint details . Moonstar cottage is the perfect name because at night the moon shines and stars light up the sky. The deck overlooking the picturesque view and deck table and chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee,lunch or dinner while enjoying the views. The bathroom tiles are pretty and while the kitchen is small and kitchen appliances are are small, it has everything you need for the comforts of home. The decor is a mix match of things but unique details like the stained glass, the French doors leading to the bedroom , the beams on the ceiling and track lighting is very charming. My only thing to make this place even better would be to clean the windows especially in the bedroom. The views would be even better! There are lots of yummy local restaurants and places to visit, but fair warning bring money it's pricey but delicious! The drive to Gualala is not for the faint of heart, but once you get there it's worth the drive! This place is a definite must stay! It was a piece of heaven and we are so lucky to have been able to stay here and celebrate our anniversary!

Very nice and relaxing which is why i booked this place. Glad i brought firewood, evening fire was relaxing. Wi-Fi was a little slow when used. Great trees surrounding the property and clean yard area. House was clean and enjoyable. kitchen had essentials and minimum decor made it all functional. Would book again.

This is so well decorated and the view is incredible. The hot tub is great. Restaurants are reasonable to reach, even at night. A great getaway. ❤️
