We stayed her for a girls trip and it was the absolute perfect location. Right on the beach, directly across the street from a local restaurant, and within walking distance to all the bars! Accommodations were perfect and the condo has everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

The condo’s location is perfect! It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view, restaurants are close by, and easy beach access. The kitchen is well stocked and the place is comfortable. Just remember to bring your own beach stuff, including beach towels because that’s not included in the rental. We also appreciated the board games since we were here during a tropical storm and spent a lot of time in the condo.

Love thr location. Mascara is definitely the most expensive in terms of rentals. Used to be my go to place ti book but over the past year this has changed.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas are nearly next door to the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, along with oceanfront dining and live music seasonally at Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar. Your Charleston Oceanfront Villa rental is also less than half a mile from the head of Center Street, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, cafes, and surf shops.

You’ll definitely want to check out the surf shops before hitting the waves at The Washout. Considered to be one of the best places to surf on the East Coast, and definitely a top spot to surf in South Carolina, The Washout is a local favorite and a can’t-miss stop on your Folly Beach vacation checklist.

For a quieter, family-friendly day at the beach, visit Folly Beach County Park at the western tip of the island, just a mile and a half from your Charleston Oceanfront Villa rental. This sandy beachfront park has a designated swimming area with lifeguards on duty seasonally. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are also available, as well as a snack bar and retail area.
