My family and I were visiting Estes Park and wanted a quiet place away from the bustling town. This home was exactly that as it sits a short distance out of town. The home was clean, spacious, had games, and all amenities listed. The yard is large enough if you're traveling with a pet. Just be aware there are wildlife and check the yard before letting them out. I saw an elk jump over the fence and a couple of turkeys. If visiting in summer open the windows and let the mountain air in feels nice. Definitely recommend if visiting Estes Park.

My wife and I love this rental. We felt right at home with a large shower, comfortable outdoor area, and a very short walk to the shops and restuarants of Estes Park. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip!

Location was great. The warmth of the home was nice. The extra game room with the Ms PAC Man game was a really nice surprise. My granddaughters keep busy with it. Big shower made it feel like home. Any extras we forgot was there in a drawer. We even saw an elk across the street. We would definitely sue this one again.

Initial reaction to the cabin was a bit startling...down a steep gravel drive to a little cabin nestled amongst others along a mountain stream. But once we settled in it proved to be a nice place to stay. Estes Park is very "touristy" and was quite busy on this Father's Day weekend, thus we opted to prepare all our meals at the cabin instead of fighting the crowds. Groceries are limited to really just one Safeway store, which turned out to be the NICEST Safeway we encountered during our 3 weeks in Colorado. RMNP and the surrounding mountains are SPECTACULAR. Driving through the park twice during our 3 days proved to be enough for us. The Trail Ridge Road over the mountains, while a "daunting" drive is incredible...microclimate changes from summer 80's to rain, hail, sleet--winter-like snow as we drove up is crazy. With no AC in the cabin you really have to heed the advice--open up the windows at night to cool down, and then close up during the day--or you end up with a mighty warm house during the day. All in all a great once in a lifetime experience for us.
