Place is small and cozy but property location is great, close to everything and especially beach. It was cleaned well, furniture and decor is basic but functional. After staying in several properties in Destin area over the years, its clear the difference between one managed by a company vs. an owner. An owner always goes extra mile to make the property more welcoming and personalized, this was not bad at all but felt like a typical corporate bare bones decor, and hence value for money.
