The view alone gets five stars. Wish they could trim the foliage right in front that blocks the water, though, to make it even more amazing. The sunsets every night, the dolphins in the bay, etc made the trip. The location can’t be beat. However, there are many other issues, which is probably why it’s on the cheaper side for this view. The lack of privacy is a thing. The public beach right next door had people constantly, and they liked to sit on the wall and look over to the property and view. So did the realtor showing the property! We were asked if the realtor could show the house and property, which we said no, and so they just did that instead, which was still invasive. We were also told the city had to come in and inspect, and we also said we were uncomfortable with that, as we had a dog and weren’t going to be there. It was all very weird, but they respected it when we said no. The millionaire neighbor next door blares the outside speaker with music constantly. It would be nice if they had blinds on the side door toward the street and public area because everyone can see inside at night. People were out there at 3am.
The WIFI went out halfway through the week and nothing was done about it, so they gave us some $ back. The patio furniture was sparse and rough for a view like that. It would be nice if the bedding was better.
People should know this house is for sale and there will be odd things going on. But all in all, what an amazing place.
