This is a great little condo! Very clean, nicely decorated, and a great location on the beach. Having 2 bathrooms and W/D was awesome! The only thing I didn't like was the unit was in the very front of the building so it is close to the road and away from the beach (I understand that it was a better value because of this...not a major deal for us).

Our unit was clean and well-equipped, actually stocked with more amenities than listed, including hair dryers, an umbrella, iron, and beach towels. These extras were incredibly helpful and saved us from having to purchase anything for our short stay. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, just a short 2 min. walk away. Parking was simple and hassle-free, and the location was perfect, with Publix, a drug store, and several great restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the convenience and thoughtful touches throughout the unit.

We had a great vacation at this little gem in the heart of St Pete Beach. Walking distance to great restaurants, nice beachy decor, on the beach. Had all the amenities we needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler. Super comfy bed and very clean. We will be back for sure.

This condo unit is spacious and amazing! All the appliances are brand new. The beds are super comfortable and thankfully, the second bedroom has a queen bed and not two twin beds! So much better for having couples guests! The pool is very nice, and kept super clean. This is our second time staying in the Waves building and we love the short walk to the beach and to a collection of great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
