We stayed in Venice for 10 days in May. House is quietly located in a residential area. The house is very clean and all comforts are provided. There are two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area with TV, a cosy veranda, nice garden and large garage. Towels and sheets are sufficiently provided. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available. Beautiful beaches nearby. Location suitable for a trip to Sarasota, Everglades, Naples, Miami etc. Venice is a pleasant town where you can eat well in the centre. You can also dine along the waterfront. We have stayed at this property several times, a paradise in sunny and friendly Venice.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located to groceries, shopping, a few restaurants, gym, downtown Venice, and very close to the beaches. We also discovered and enjoyed Shamrock Park which was within walking distance. The house manager always returned our calls and texts and was very attentive to correct the few concerns we had. The owners have done a great job with supplying the house with many amenities including chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Linens were abundant and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen table was large enough to accommodate 6 adults for dinner. The living room was spacious. We enjoyed our 3 week stay.

I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with new dishes, pots and pans, clean oven, new washer and dryer, crockpots, glassware, etc. The welcome package of bottled water and snacks was a nice touch.

Loved the closeness to beaches, restaurants and things to do. Have stayed in South Venice last 12 years. Stay there because of ferry. But was not offered the passes even said so in details. No icemaker so had to buy ice. Also not much silverware in house. Other than that a great place to stay. Enjoyed the private yard and patio everyday. Nice comfy furniture!
