This house is located outside Westcliffe. It’s a nice peaceful area with cool mornings to drink coffee on the front porch, watch wildlife, and see the sun illuminate the mountains while listening to the birds sing. As others have said in reviews the furniture could be updated but it’s not bad. WiFi is not existent and cell service is extremely weak, I have att. WiFi and cell service is the last thing on my mind when I’m on vacation though. I would recommend that a list of check out duties be posted somewhere in the house. As I said there is no service for email or internet so I was unable to see the request for the duties for check-out. We enjoyed this place and found it very relaxing. If you’re a bird watcher, this is your place. Several bird houses located around the front porch area with birds flying in and out. Very peaceful.

This house is in a great location to access downtown Salida. The yard is large. Access to laundry facilities on the premises were amazing. We had a couple friendly town deer hanging out in the yard which were fun to see. Overall this is a comfortable house to rent. Comfortably sleeps two in the master, two in the second bedroom on a bunk bed. Can squeeze in more on hide-a-beds or doubling up on the bottom bunk.
