We have been to the Plantation over ten times and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. The house was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of extras like games and puzzles and books there. The shed had lots of ocean and beach toys also. The kitchen had just as much equipment as a normal kitchen.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this house for summer vacation. It provided plenty of room for our group of seven. We loved the location that was so close to the beach and right across the street from the pool. It was very clean. The AC worked great both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, pans, etc.
A couple of issues that we noted: The keypad was very tricky when we first got there. Some of the buttons seem very worn, so entering the long key code was a challenge. We eventually got it though and there is a back door that you can leave unlocked so you don't have use the keypad every time. Some of the furniture is a little worn, particularly the chair in the den area. The TV was tricky as well. There appears to be no traditional cable/satellite TV service but there is access to streaming apps, so you can sign in to YouTube TV, etc. if you have an account. This wasn't very clear upfront but not a deal-breaker. Despite these few issues, we had a great time and the house was a good base for our family beach vacation.

This house is a short walk to the beach and has easy access to the pools and other facilities. We also loved the Sassy Bass restaurant and Selah coffee shop- both within walking distance. The house had everything we needed, and we had great weather for our stay in April. We'll definitely be back again!
