Property is amazing. So clean and well done with high end finishes. Gorgeous view and so nice to be right next to the 1 hotel. Kitchen has everything you could need and AC worked very well. The WiFi stopped working halfway through our stay and the issue was never resolved. There is little to know cell service so we had to leave property to send texts, make calls or email. This was tricky as we had some medical & work things pop up that could not be handled. There are 3 tvs but we could not use them, no music and we could not look anything up to accurately plan our visit. Of course things happen but no one tried to fix it and they were not very apologetic. This is a red flag as I would not be confident they would be there to help if something else were to go wrong. Wouldn’t book again for that reason , but maybe another unit in Puu poa.

The resort and location of condo were excellent. It is very close to parking, and the view is amazing!

My family and I loved this house. Peaceful, yet fun decor. Great amenities. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of fans to make up for the lack of AC. The only time we were too warm was upon arrival but we were able to open up all the windows and turn on the fan and cool it down quickly. The location was superb. We were right next to the pool and could easily walk to hideaway beach or Queen's bath. We would definitely stay here again.
