This home was a great spot for our quick weekend get away. The location is beautiful and the home was well stocked with all the essentials. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because it seemed like it may not have been used / cleaned in a little while. The dishwasher didn't work and was full of old soapy water. The hottub was turned down to 80 degrees, low on water and not chemically balanced when we checked in. But once we got that all taken care of, the home was great!

We absolutely loved this home. Thank you for renting it to us. It was very clean when we arrived and the amenities are fabulous. It's a spectacular location on the Spokane River with boat parking in the back channel and a dock with a diving board to swim on the main part of the river. A nice, big deck accommodated our family for hours of cards and various games that we played. Easy access to the dock allowed me to bring my boat from my moorage to store it for our stay. We utilized the paddleboards that they let us use. Plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. Nice big, stocked kitchen. Everyone had a wonderful time. The only bummer was we could only book it for 5 days. But, we'll definitely want to book it for longer next year! Thanks again!

Things to do in Post Falls

Downtown Post Falls itself is quite charming, with a handful of local eateries and shops to keep visitors entertained on rainy days. The Jacklin Arts and Cultural center offers art exhibits and theatrical performances. For a truly unique experience and a healthy dose of adrenaline, visit the Stateline Speedway Stadium racing school or plan to attend a demolition derby or weekly "Hump Day Havoc" race. The theme of alternative entertainment continues with free, daily tours of the Buck Knives factory, where sharp objects take center stage for all guests in closed-toe shoes- a precaution for protecting toes from perilous points.
