Traveling with 6 adults. Pros: Unit is conveniently located to restaurants/shopping. Walking distance to shops. Easy access to beach. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Beautiful balcony view. Cons: 1 towel/washcloth per guest. BRING YOUR OWN. Bring beach towels. Cookware was not the best. No dish towels provided. Upon arriving at 4pm, Unit was not cleaned! Dirty from previous guest. Un made beds, dirty bloody towels. Smell was horrible. Called customer service, they did send staff to clean but we couldn’t use the unit until 8pm. Brought in groceries to cook and rest after a long trip. Had to take my family out to dinner while they cleaned. $200 unnecessarily spent. Also bought towels and cleaning products because we checked in on a Sunday and wasn’t sure if anyone would come out that day. Still no explanation or follow up apologies as to why. No compensation either. Staff cleaned but unit could still use a deep cleaning. Other than that, stay was pleasant
