My family and I loved the close proximity to the beach as this is a MUST anytime we visit. We enjoyed the view from the back deck as well. The location was very near everything and we could even walk to eat at restaurants. There were some issues as to be expected anywhere. The decking/stairs need to be repaired. You can tell it’s very weathered. There were also some interior flooring issues that could be updated. We also struggled with the keypad. My husband works in facility management and knew immediately that the keypad was dying, but everyone we spoke to made it seem like we were just incompetent and not working it correctly. When they did send someone out, they seemed a little annoyed by it. It took multiple tries to get inside. Also - agree with everyone on the 4:30 am wake up call by the nearby condos trash service. It was extremely loud and made it difficult to get back to sleep. Overall we had a good trip and it was our first in the area. Will likely be back, but might invest in a hotel with a higher floor option.
