This was a well kept, clean color with easy access via a trail to downtown. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The showers were clean with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. A spacious shared closet between two of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay, there was a fireplace and chairs outside. An gas fireplace on the upper deck outside and one in the common living room area. This would be a great place to stay all year round.

Nice house,could use a bit of work, especially for the nightly rate we paid. Was clean, however needs a serious window washing, the big windows can't see through them for the dirt. Kitchen cupboard doors need work, none of them close, the brackets are old, we had one door fall off when opening it, my husband managed to get it back up with tools we had, no screwdriver in the house. Carpets could use a good clean going up to the loft. Washer was dirty inside where the softener goes, had to clean before using it, dryer had a pile of lint as well, had to clean before using, fire hazard! Whomever is in charge of keeping the home maintenance done needs to be more mindful. Otherwise, it was nice. We've stayed in nicer places that didn't cost as much and had better amenities. Just needs a good upgrade to bring it up to the cost standards. I've always used VRBO in the past and had really good luck. This was just kind of disappointing with the change from VRBO, to VACASA then First Chair. The fees especially associated with VRBO this time were out of line...we're an older couple who leaves the rentals as we found them & follow instructions to a T. Even had owners tell us how nice we left the homes! Loved Montana, but this one just kind of....meh.

Place was great. It’s slightly showing its age, but it’s very clean with a very cozy bed. I reached out via text about the shower, which turns out was a user issue, and their response time was literally within two minutes. I also reached out before the trip to inquire about staying another day and their responses were very quick and friendly. This was a fantastic stay. We’ll be back.
