What a perfect, clean, cozy, well-appointed getaway. Everything you might need in the kitchen, comfy bed and recliners. But the very best part is the scenery! Sit on the porch and watch the horses, squirrels, deer, geese and turkey. A short, flat walk to the creek where there's more seating and steps down into the cool water. Close to waterfalls, rafting, distilleries, wineries and eclectic towns, but awesome enough to never leave. Highly recommend!

Having grown up in Franklin, I really enjoyed this house. It was clean, plenty of towels, good beds, etc. I really enjoyed the front porch. The woods are beautiful. I would not advise driving up the driveway with ice without proper gear. If you get really hot in your sleep, the upstairs bedroom runs hot, but the two fans in the house help so much. The cleaning when you leave is also easy.

I loved everything about this vacation/retreat. The weather was exceptional. The cabin was perfect. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in a while. I would definitely recommend going there and I will visit again. Beautiful countryside and it was amazing watching the deer at dusk all around the cabin.
