Recent Smoky Mountains, North Carolina guest reviews

This isna great place right on the river. Throw a pole in while you are cooking on the grill or sitting around the fire pit. It is a little dated on the small side. But the outside patio and area in front of the river was great. We had a great weekend amd hope all is well in the area since Hurricane Helene hit only 2 days after we left. We love the area come a few times a year. And can't wait to come back again in 2025. Take care amd be well

Comfortable beds. Good cookware. Nice deck It would have been an extra nice touch if it were decorated some for Christmas.

We decided to visit Bryson City for Thanksgiving this year and stayed at Hound Dog Heaven. The cabin is gorgeous inside and out and the views are incredible! Bill and Londa are amazing hosts and they make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We loved our daily visits from Ladybug and we can’t wait to go back and visit again soon!
