House was as described with a well stocked kitchen that made the large group gathering easy! Bedrooms and upstairs were spacious! No backyard seating which would have been really nice! Overall happy with the description, the location and the unit

This place had everything that you could want/need. The house is equipped with a fun game room (aka garage) that kept the family and kids busy playing and having fun on the rainy days. There are bikes that we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood with. The clubhouse was great! You do need to purchase wristbands that allow you into the pool and the shuttle to the beach which was great to have on the weekends! The neighborhood itself is quiet and quaint! Great neighbors too.!! The pool is nice to have walking distance and the gym is fully equipped too if you are interested. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal! New appliances!! We really enjoyed our time there and we look forward to going back one day! It was our first time in Bethany and we were really happy with it!!! Great experience all around!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of space with two separate sitting areas. We loved the pingpong tables in the garage. House was fairly stocked with cooking necessities. Having a grill/outdoor space would have made this rental perfect. In order to use the pool wristbands had to be purchased which were pricy. The location was great. Overall we really enjoyed this home.
