Lakefront vacation rentals on Puget Sound

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cabin on Benson Lake! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The setting is secluded, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees—a perfect place to disconnect, spend time together, and enjoy nature. The cabin is cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The large windows bring in so much natural light and give you beautiful views of the lake and surrounding woods. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were beautiful and so well done. It was easy to settle in and relax right away. The slippers provided for us were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck, watching the birds and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Peddling around the lake and fishing off the dock were some of our favorite parts of the weekend. They also have paddle boards and canoes if that is more to your liking. The dock looked brand new and was a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. After being out on the water, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. In the evenings, we loved getting comfortable in the living room, playing games, drinking wine, and just enjoying being together. The kitchen was really well stocked, and the cabin was so clean and well prepared that we didn’t have to think about a thing. Considering we were truly out in the boonies, the Wi-Fi was surprisingly reliable! We barely used it because disconnecting was exactly what we wanted, but it was nice to have when needed. The hosts were amazing!!! Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful, and everything was set up perfectly for our arrival. You can tell they really care about their guests and want them to have a great stay. Our weekend was peaceful, romantic, cozy, relaxing, and rejuvenating—everything we hoped for in a getaway. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to coming back. We’d love to return soon, hopefully this fall or winter, so we can make s’mores and enjoy cozy evenings by the woodstove. We would highly recommend this cabin to couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting quality time together in nature, or anyone who needs a chance to slow down, relax, and enjoy being away. This place is truly special, and we can’t wait to return! :)
