The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked exactly as pictured. The view was so awesome we just stared out the window during sunset. The building is in a fantastic neighborhood, very safe, and close to all the top spots. On the 24th floor and the elevators were fast and always worked well. There are a few issues with the apartment which I have addressed with the management company and I am confident they will fix those things. This place was well worth the money and beautifully appointed.

We've stayed at this condo before, but never in this unit. Serene has to be the most complete rental we've stayed at. The small things all add up, for instance this place had a pair of scissors, leftover saran wrap, ample plates/cutlery, desks in the bedroom, bright, 1/4 bottle of leftover soya sauce, and very clean. Noise wise, in the living room watching TV you can hear traffic, sirens, ... but once you go into the main bedroom it was dead silence. No noise unless you really concentrate on it. Very good deep sleep was attained at night. Despite the unit having a small dinky hot water tank, we enjoyed hot showers with ample hot water. Very quiet washer/dryer and dishwasher. A few things to note : - in the second bathroom, the door and the shower door open weird, they will collide with each other if you're not careful. - the bathroom fan vent, some dusty bunnies have clung onto the vent; nothing a vacuum cleaner to the vent cover won't solve. - very good wifi, no issues found. - TV is basic cable. - looks like it was renovated not too long ago, it looks fresh and inviting. - building has very good amenities. Very easy to do Target runs. - front desk staff are friendly. In conclusion, given the chance and availability, will not hesitate to stay at Serene again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—within walking distance to most local hotspots, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the area super convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus for those who like to cook, and having a washer and dryer on-site made things even more convenient, especially for a longer stay. I also really appreciated the provided hair dryer since I had forgotten to pack mine—little touches like that made a big difference. Like many major cities, there were some homeless individuals along 1st and 2nd Street, but it wasn’t a burden and they never bothered us. It’s just something to be aware of if you're not used to city life, but it didn’t affect our experience. While the street noise was a bit noticeable at times, it wasn’t any different from what you'd expect in a big city, and it generally quieted down after midnight. We felt completely safe during our stay, which was a big plus. One of the standout features for us was the garage—it was ideal since we had rented a car to explore other parts of Washington. Overall, this was a solid place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area!
