This house was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities and more. We also loved having a washer/dryer. The view was stunning and mornings/evenings on the porch were amazing. We thought it was going to be secluded but it had neighbors on all sides. It was a friendly/quiet neighborhood, though, so no big deal. It is great for a family, not parties or big groups. The alley to get in is gravel with big dips and holes, so definitely drive slow and strategically.

My wife and I spent 5 great days in the Olympic Peninsula and I wish we had another 5 days! The cabin was just as advertised: Beautiful, with great views of the water, secluded, clean inside and plenty of room. Though there were just two of us, the place can definitely provide a nice stay for more. The only problem some might have is that there’s only one bathroom. That was fine for us, because it was just the two of us. The kitchen was perfect for us — everything we needed and cooking ourselves some meals was a snap. And it was wonderful to eat out on the deck! For us, the location was perfect. We were able to spend time in Rainier and Olympic National Parks, as they were only a couple hours away. Same in terms of shopping… Being as close to Olympia was convenient and for that matter, we simply stocked up in Seattle before coming to the cabin. Only one complaint: the house is equipped with a washer and dryer. We assumed that we could use them, enabling us to pack less than we would have. Turns out they are not available for guests. That should be highlighted in the information so guests are aware. Other than that small item, we look forward to another stay — SOON!

The house was very clean. The layout of the house worked well for our needs. Washer and dryer were brand new and up to date. The location offers a local general store that walkable. I’ve heard there are some nice beaches near by that you may need to drive to but didn’t have time to check them out.
